This notice is to advise you that the Town of Ogden Dunes Town Council will hold an executive session on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - 4:00 p.m. at the Ogden Dunes Town Hall, 115 Hillcrest, Ogden Dunes Indiana, for a discussion about pending litigation pursuant to Ind. Code S 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Members of the Town Council may participate in the meeting via video conference or other remote means pursuant to the Town’s policy on electronic participation.
