Case #2018-8: To allow reduced lot widths for corner lots to allow construction of a road at 974-990 Liberty. (Attachment B) 4. Case #2018-9 To allow reduced setbacks to allow the location of a new convenience store at approximately 1101 West Pennsylvania Avenue. (Attachment C) 5. Case #2018-10: To reduce the required rear yard setback from 20’ to 0’ to allow a circulation route around the lot at 2325 B Avenue. (Attachment D) 6.
