Case #2018-12: Request to allow front yard parking at 2190 Taylor Avenue To allow an accessory parking pad in the side yard setback facing the street To allow front yard parking (carport) 4. Case #2018-13: Request to allow encroachment into side yard setback facing street at 1120 Washington Boulevard To allow additional drive-thru lane to encroach into required 20’ setback 5.
