Case #2018-15: To reduce the minimum front yard setback from 30’to 15’ in order to build a new home at approximately 4950 Charleen Circle (Knollwood Estates Plat 1 Lot 16) Attachment A 4. Case #2018-16: To reduce the minimum side yard setback facing the street from 20’ to 2’ in order to allow installation of ten additional parking spaces at approximately 1401 Shadow Valley Drive. Attachment B 5. Case #2018-17: To reduce minimum front and side yard facing street from 20’ to meet the proposed site plan setbacks in order to build a new convenience store and gas station at approximately 2012 Harrison Boulevard.
