Approval of Minutes of the June 26, 2019 meeting. 2. Case #2019-5: Request to reduce the front yard setback requirement from 30’ to 18’ due to topographical restrictions on the site at 4938 Charleen Circle. (Attachment A) 3. Case # 2019-6: Request to add two parking spaces in the front yard setback where the code typically does not permit parking, due to topographic restrictions on site at 2527 Porter Avenue. (Attachment B) 4. Case #2019-7: Request to split an 80’ x 100’ lot into two 40’ x 100’ lots, matching the size of the surrounding parcels, but not meeting the required lot area at 2749 Liberty Avenue. (Attachment C) 5. Case #2019-8: Request is to allow the placement of a new garage with reduced side and rear yard setbacks, reduced separation between the building and the main structure, and allowance of the architectural lines of the new garage to not match the existing main structure at 1053 23rd Street. (Attachment D) 6. Case #2019-9: Request to reduce the side yard setback from 20’ to 5’ to allow for the expansion of an existing garage at 2704 Fillmore Avenue. (Attachment E) 7.
