Case #2019-12: To determine whether an administrative error was made in the denial of a nonconforming use certificate for a four-plex at 1027 28th Street. (Attachment C) 5. Case #2019-13: To determine whether an administrative error was made in the denial of a nonconforming certificate for a four-plex at 3151 Quincy Avenue. (Attachment D) 6. Case #2019-14: To reduce side yard setback for an accessory building from 1’ to 0’ in order to build a new garage at 2114 Fillmore Avenue. 7.
