AGENDA 1. Approval of Minutes of the August 28, 2019 meeting. 2. Case #2019-15 To permit the splitting of a lot at 2423 F Avenue to create two 47’ wide lots where 50’ is required (Attachment A) 3. Case #2019-16: To grant a variance for reduction of lot size to 5,940 square feet and reduce side yard setback to 5’ for the property at 1672 Lincoln Avenue. (Attachment B) 4. Case #2019-7: To reduce side yard setback to 5’, to reduce required parking to one stall in order to construct a single-family home at 3286 Lincoln Avenue. (Attachment C) 5.
