Approval of Minutes of the August 26, 2020 meeting. 2. Case # 2020-13: To reduce front, side and rear yard and reduce on-site parking requirements for property located at 3111 Jefferson Avenue. 3. Case #2020-12: To reduce the rear yard setback from 30’ to 15’ and to reduce the parking requirements to one parking stall on the property to allow for the construction of a single family dwelling at 2939 Pingree Avenue. 4. Case #2020-15: To reduce the eastern side yard setback from 8’ to 5’ 7” to allow for the construction of a two-car garage at the front of the existing dwelling at 1023 Stowe. 5.
