Case #2022-13: Request to use private road as frontage for the construction of a new subdivision at 1025 Monroe Boulevard. 3. Case #2022-14: Request to reduce lot width of Lots 101 and 113 in Liberty Cottages Subdivision and to allow common driveways as frontage for four lots at approximately 990 Liberty Avenue. 4. Case #2022-15: Request to extend R-2 zone boundary line to allow a combination of lots at 120 Liberty Avenue. 5. Case #2022-16: To appeal an administrative decision to revoke a nonconforming use certificate for property at 186 N. Harrison Boulevard. 6. Case #2022-17: To allow maneuvering in the public right-of-way to allow a new dock in front of the proposed building at 2790 Commerce Way. 7.
