Seconded by Ms. Kamigaki. Commtttee approved BREAKFAST WITH SANTA UPDATES The committee dectded to order tram whtstles for the gtft from Santa Claus Ms Wtlson wtll create a ttcket for the candy bars Ms Olsen mformed the committee that the balloon man wants $180 00 to come to the breakfast Mr. Biehk Motioned to pay $180.00 for the balloon. Seconded by Ms. Lovell Commtttee approved Ms Wtlson wtll get a laptop for the Smg a Long vtdeo and work wtth our Marketmg team to create the Snowy Blowy Chnstmas story Ms. Olsen wtll get some decorations ordered The committee agreed to meet November 30 at 8am to decorate the ballroom OPENING CEREMONY ENTERTAINMENT The commtttee dtscussed opttons for the openmg ceremony Mr. Bielik motioned to have a Sing-a-Long before the ceremony begins. Then have the group Stampede perform for 30 minutes after the firework show. Ms. Lovell seconded. CLAUS TOURS Ms Wtlson said the tour calendar IS fillmg up She will pick up the candy from Hershey's FLOAT Ms Olsen ordered new tassel to hang around the bottom of the float She asked the committee to let her know when they would hke to work on the float SIGNS Mr Garcia said he would go to the warehouse tomorrow and work on the signs SWEATSHIRT Ms Olsen said the shirts are ordered We ordered them from Sign Garage this year They said they should be ready around November I She will notify the committee when they arnve. COTTAGE DECORATORS We have several new sponsors this year Levolor, Goal Foundation, Hearth and Heart Realty, Ronald McDonald House, Paul Mitchell School OPEN DISCUSSION Mr Chadwick asked where we the committee would hke to be dropped off after the parade Ms Wtlson said the dnver JUSt needs to stop on Grant between 25th Stand 26th Stat the cross walk m front of the Distnct Court Mr Chadwick said that they are gomg to put up snow fence this year around the firework zone Ms Olsen said she has a diagram that she can send him for the firework fall out area NEXT MEETING The next meetmg for the Chnstmas Village Advisory Committee IS Tuesday, November 20,2018 at 5:00pm The meetmg location IS at the I st Floor Conference Room m the Mumcipal Building ADJOURNMENT With no further busmess to discuss, Ms. Grundie motioned to adjourn, motion seconded by Ms. Ritz.
