4. Recognition:
a. International Administrative Professionals Day. Joint Proclamation declaring April 21-27, 2013 as
Administrative Professionals Week, and April 24, 2013 as Administrative Professionals Day in Ogden.
(Joint proclamation adopted, vote: 7-0)
5. Approval of Minutes (voice vote):
a. Minutes of the Work Session of April 10, 2012 – Council member Gochnour
b. Minutes of the Closed Executive Session of May 22, 2012 – Council member Wicks
6. Common Consent (voice vote):
a. FY2014 Annual Action Plan. Proposed Resolution 2013-10 adopting the Annual Action Plan for the
period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. (Public hearing set for May 7, 2013, vote: 7-0)
7. Reports from the Planning Commission:
a. Propane Tank Zoning Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2013-19 to allow and provide standards for
bulk propane tanks in C-2 and C-3 zones. (Ordinance tabled for consideration on May 7, 2013, vote: 5-2)
8. Public Hearings:
a. Goode Ski Lake Connector Trail Project.
i. Presentation
ii. FY2013 Budget Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2013-16 amending the budget in the amount of
$83,000 for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 to recognize funds from a RAMP grant to be used for the Goode
Ski Lake Connector Trail. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0)
iii. FY2013-2017 Capital Improvement Plan Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2013-18 adding Project
PY027 for the Goode Ski Lake Connector Trail to the FY2013-2017 Capital Improvement Plan.
(Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0)

government, all City personnel are the responsibility of the Administration, not of the Council. Please discuss
any concerns you may have regarding staff with the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, or Department
Directors.

Reminder: A City Council Work Session will be held in the Council Work Room immediately following
the Council Meeting. The purpose of the Work Session is to discuss the Proposed Weber
County Library Bond, Proposed Ogden School District Voted Local Levy Increase, and
Council Business.
A Special Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held in the Council Chambers
immediately following the City Council Work Session.
