(Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Grant Budget Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2014-5 amending the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 budget in the amount of $3,619,542. (Public hearing set for March 4, 2014, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Hearings: th th a. 17 & Washington Development Agreement. Proposed Resolution 2014-2 approving the 17 /Washington – Development Inventive Study and the terms and conditions of a Participation and Reimbursement th Agreement for development of 2.26 acres of property located at the southwest corner of 17 Street and Washington Boulevard. (Resolution adopted with an amendment to remove paragraph 2.6 entitled Prepayment, vote: 7-0) 8. Reports from Administration: a. Severance Pay Ordinance Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2014-6 amending subsection 2-6-9.F of the Ogden Municipal Code to extend severance pay provisions to Deputy Department Directors and Division Managers.
