Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 “Electronic Meetings” of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Board member White will participate in the meeting via teleconference, and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. Refunding Bonds – Swap Restructuring. Proposed Resolution 2014-3 rescinding Resolution 2014-1 and giving notice that the Series 2009 Bonds will not be refunded. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 6.
