Public Hearings: a. FY2014 Budget Amendment – Grant Avenue Promenade. Proposed Ordinance 2014-13 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 in the amount of $3,280,000. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) b. Nomination of Historic Resource – Vacuum Exchange Building. Proposed Ordinance 2014-14 designating the Vacuum Exchange Building and site located at 3201-3203 Washington Boulevard as a Historic Resource. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Residential Porches Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2014-17 to allow the encroachment of porches into front yard setback in residential zones. (Public input accepted; ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 7. Reports from the Administration: a. New Dee School and Community Center Land Transfer. Proposed Resolution 2014-11 determining the adequacy of consideration to be received for City property at 2154 Jefferson Avenue. (Public input accepted; resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) b. Lease Purchase Agreement Refinancing Reimbursement. Proposed Resolution 2014-12 declaring the City’s intent to reimburse itself from a new lease for certain expenditures made in connection with the purchase of city vehicles.
