Reports from the Administration: th a. Amendments to agreements with Ogden 20 Street Investors, LLC. i. Proposed Resolution 2014-14 approving amendments to the Land Transfer Development Agreement. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) ii. Proposed Resolution 2014-13 approving amendments to Exhibit C-1 of the Mixed Use Master Development Agreement. (Resolution adopted with the exception that instead of hanging planters on a metal railing surrounding the basement patios, a brick wall without a planter will be installed as originally proposed by the developer, vote: 6-0) 4.
