4. Common Consent (voice vote):
a. Civil Service Commission. Consideration of the appointment of Joe Ritchie to the Civil Service
Commission. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0)
b. Ogden Housing Authority Board. Consideration of the appointment of Melisa Bruch to the Ogden
Housing Authority Board. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0)
5. Reports from the Planning Commission:
a. R-3/CO Development Agreement Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2014-39 approving an Amended
Development Agreement for land generally located at 450 North Jefferson Avenue. (Ordinance adopted,
vote: 7-0)
b. Outdoor Gun Range Standards. Proposed Ordinance 2014-40 amending Subsections 15-12-3.A, 15-14-
3, and 15-21-2, and adopting a new Section 15-14-5 and Subsection 15-23-5.O of the Ogden Municipal
Code to regulate gun ranges in Manufacturing and Industrial zones M-1, M-2 and Open Space zone O-1.
(Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0)
c. Business Depot Ogden Rezone. Proposed Ordinance 2014-41 amending the zoning map to reclassify
property generally located at approximately 961 West 2nd Street as Defense Depot Reuse District (DDR).
(Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0)
