Minutes of Joint Session of Council of Ogden City, Utah, June 2, 2015 Page Minutes of the Joint Study Session of the Ogden City Council, also acting as the Redevelopment Agency and Municipal Building Authority, held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 5:36 p.m., in the Council Work Room on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden City, Weber County, Utah. Present: Acting Chair Bart E. Blair Council members Neil K. Garner Caitlin K. Gochnour Amy L. Wicks Council Deputy Director Janene Eller-Smith Council Policy Analyst Glenn Symes Communications Specialist Brittany Griffin Excused: Chair Richard A. Hyer Vice Chair Marcia L. White Council member Doug Stephens Also present: Chief Administrative Officer Mark Johnson Deputy Finance Director Camille Cook Chief Deputy Recorder Lee Ann Peterson The purpose of the Joint Study Session was to discuss the agenda items for the City Council, Special Redevelopment Agency, and Special Municipal Building Authority meetings, which begin at 6:00 p.m., and to discuss Council and Board Business. Agenda Review Council Deputy Director Eller-Smith briefly reviewed the items listed on the agendas for the City Council, Redevelopment Agency, and Special Municipal Building Authority meetings scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Council member Wicks indicated that she would like to have a discussion about possibly creating a rain barrel program in the City. Other communities have implemented similar programs to reduce the amount of water flowing into their storm sewer systems and she believes the program could also create an additional funding source for the City.
