4. Reports from the Administration:
a. FY2016 Redevelopment Agency Annual Report. (Report accepted for review, vote: 7-0)
5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To
be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these
limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com).
The Board encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to
an agenda item that includes a public hearing or public input should be given during the meeting as that item is
discussed.

a. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Joint proclamation recognizing January 16, 2017 as “Martin Luther King, Jr.
Day of Service” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0)
3. Common Consent:
a. 2017 RAMP (Recreation, Arts, Museum and Parks) Projects. Resolution 2017-1 establishing City
Council funding priorities for RAMP Tax Funding. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0)
4. New Business:
a. 2017 Legislative Priorities. Joint Resolution 2017-1 adopting Ogden City’s legislative priorities for the
2017 Utah General Legislative Session. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0)
b. Council Norms. Resolution 2017-2 approving modifications to Council Norms. (Item pulled from agenda for
consideration at a later date, vote: 7-0)

Agenda review for the Redevelopment Agency and Special City Council meetings;
Art and Culture Master Plan;
Redevelopment Agency FY2017 2nd Quarter Report;
Proposed Public Safety Employee Appeals Board; and
Board and Council business.
Any items not fully addressed prior to the Redevelopment Agency and
Special City Council meetings, which begin at 6:00 p.m.,
may be addressed immediately following that meeting.

Continuation of Joint Work Session if Necessary
Public meetings may be held electronically in accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-207 to allow Council members to
participate via teleconference. The anchor location for the meeting shall be on the 3rd Floor of the Ogden Municipal Building,
2549 Washington Blvd., Ogden Utah.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this
