Chief Mike Ashment. Recognition of Chief Mike Ashment for his service to the Ogden Community with the Ogden Police Department. 5. Reports from the Administration: a. Public Safety Employee Appeal Board. Proposed Ordinance 2017-1 to dissolve the Civil Service Commission and create a new Public Safety Employee Appeal Board. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Public Safety Employee Appeal Board Appointments. Consideration of the appointment of Joe Ritchie, Chris Zimmerman, and Dennis Gay to the Public Safety Employee Appeal Board.
