Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Weber State Football. Recognizing the Weber State University Football Team for their phenomenal 2017 season. (No action required) 5. Request to be on the Agenda: a. Jesse Garcia – Circles Weber County, a local chapter of Circles USA, a nationwide group dedicated to putting an end to poverty through community involvement, training, support, and long-lasting relationships. b. Jay Lowder, Ogden Public Services Director – Curbside recycling. 6. Approval of Minutes (voice vote): a. Regular meeting of September 19, 2017 and the regular meeting of November 21, 2017 – Council member Stephens b. Regular meeting and the work session of October 24, 2017 – Council member Lopez c. Board of canvass of November 21, 2017 and the joint work session of November 21, 2017 – Council member White February 27, 2018 Page 2 of 2 d. Work session of January 16, 2018 – Council member Choberka 7. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. Consideration of the reappointment of Adam Montoya, Anthony (Tony) Iseminger, Matt Spencer, and Brandon Egan and the appointment of Elicia Simmons, and T. Grant Lewis to the Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisor Committee. (Approve appointments/reappointments) b. Ogden City Competitive Sports Board. Consideration of the appointment of Eric Thompson and Scott Yetter to the Ogden City Competitive Sports Board. (Approve appointments) c. FY2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2018-5 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2019 to 2023. (Set public hearing for March 13, 2018) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
