Ogden City Council Agenda September 25, 2018 Fire Station #3 450 North Street, Ogden, Utah 84401 4:00 p.m. Strategy Session Fire Station #3 450 North Street The purpose of the strategy session is to discuss the following:  Council Rules and Norms;  Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Process;  Fiscal Year 2020 Budget Preparation;  Council business; and  Council comments. The regularly scheduled Council meeting has been cancelled. Public meetings may be held electronically in accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-207 to allow Council members to participate via teleconference. The anchor location for the meeting shall be on the 3rd Floor of the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Blvd., Ogden Utah.
