Approval of Minutes from 11/4/2020 Meeting
Correction to minutes, Regina Esparza was present at the meeting. Motion from
Committee Member Priscilla Martinez, 2nd Committee Member Camille Cook,
motion passed to approve minutes with corrections.
Welcome – Edd Bridge
Edd explained Community Outreach Sub-Committee rules with the number of
members currently on it. The committee decided to cut back the number of voting
members on the sub-committee. Committee Member Tanner Koons stepped down
from the sub-committee. Committee Member Lani Ogilvie motioned, Committee
Member Gerod Sawyer 2nd, motion passed. Community Outreach Sub-Committee
includes Priscilla Martinez, Clairesse Miljour, Lani Ogilvie, Gerod Sawyer, Regina
Esparza, Tom Debole.
1. New Business
A. VCBO Virtual Facility Tour Feedback
Committee members discussed concept designs they liked from the virtual tours given
at last week’s meeting.
B. Sub-Committee Discussion
Community Outreach Sub-Committee will meet next week, support staff member
Sabrina Lee will set up virtual meeting for members and send invites.
C. Community and Public Outreach
D. Redesign Process
Brent Tippets & Whitney Ward of VCBO presented a timeline and flow chart of the
community outreach and redesign process of the project.
Call for meeting to adjourn by Chair Ronald White, motion by Committee member Gerod Sawyer,
2nd by Committee Member Tanner Koons, meeting adjourned 5:11 PM
