Approval of Minutes from 3-31-2021 Survey Results Public Meetings, 12PM and 6PM  Motion to approve from Member Priscilla Martinez, 2nd by Member Sean Bishop, motion to approve minute passed with no opposition. 1. New Business • Programming Sub-Committee Letter Presentation and Committee Approval – Chair Tanner Koons  Letter drafted was read allowed by Sabrina Lee  Committee discussed the aspects of the letter and the suggested space it recommends. • Special Session Date – Edd Bridge  Edd Bridge explained the need for a special session to review rough draft proposals of the concepts by VCBO and to approve a final version of the Recommendation Letter.  The proposed meeting date was June 2nd, 2021 at 4 PM o Member Tanner Koons motioned to approve the special session, Member Gerod Sawyer 2nd, motion passed for special session with no opposition. o At a later date, VCBO representatives could no longer meet on this day. The Special Session was moved to June 7th, 2021 at 4PM, by email  consensus of the voting members. The agenda for this meeting was posted for the public on June 4th, 2021 by the City Recorders office. • Ogden Arts Festival Volunteers for Arts and Craft Booth – Regina Esparza  Member Regina Esparza provided the committee with dates for the Ogden Arts Festival. The committee was asked to volunteer to run the children’s craft booth. Regina requested anyone that wanted to volunteer to email her. The event is to be held at Union Station on June 12th and the 13th. • Stakeholders Meeting Update – Edd Bridge  Edd Bridge reported to the committee about stakeholders meeting with VCBO. These are special interest groups that utilize the facility. The last of these meetings was held on May 19th. • Center Opening Date – Todd Skeen  Todd Skeen reported that they are currently looking for an assistant supervisor for the center, and that they are trying to backfill the staff that they lost due to the extended closure because of COVID.  The tentative opening date to re-open the center is July 6th, 2021. The center will open with limited programming since we have to contact instructors lost due to the extended closure as well. 2. Sub- Committee Reports • Legacy Sub-Committee – Chair Clairesse Miljour  Clairesse Miljour could not attend the meeting, so Sabrina Lee reported for her.  Sabrina Lee reported that the committee was working on leads for people to interview and that they had finished training with the WSU Special Collections team. They were also working on the IT aspect of getting the interviews recorded.  Member Priscilla Martinez then read a recommendation letter this sub-committee wrote, requesting a space be set aside to commemorate Marshall N. White’s Legacy as well as the Centers Legacy. It was suggested that this be added to the Recommendation Letter that the Programming Committee had drafted. 3.
