are proposmg that the June 2"d Art Stroll be marketed as "Untamed" to help m promot1on for the talks on June 16th The Weber County Bldg will have "Ogden 52" a photography senes featunng Ogden and the theme "untamed" c The committee mformed the TEDx orgamzers that June 2"d IS the Car Show on 25th and that the Art Strol11sn't very successful because ofth1s It was suggested by Ahc1a to maybe team up w1th the Arts Festival and do the push on June 9th the mght before the Arts Festival opens to help promote both events d Jane IS g1vmg TEDx her week for the Blog to help them w1th marketmg e They will be workmg w1th Lone after they dec1de what d1rect1on to take and she will mform the comm1ttee 3 FFAS Update- Ahem a BeetleJUICe SUit was a great draw for Jane at Pandemomum Platforms had small turnout of 30-40 people probably because ofthreatenmg weather  b Van Sesswns dtd not do a show because they were busy w1th the Ogden CIImbmg Festival c Many people were downtown for the Restaurant Week d Next up IS Moments for May 5th Stroll 4 Marketmg Sub Committee Update- Jake a New poster campaign for Ftrst Fnday Art Stroll IS m the works b New flags have been ordered and are m the process of bemg made c Flyers will be prmted quarterly after the new fiscal year rolls over d Lone will send the new logo to the committee for their use e Try to use hashtags #FF AS #ogdenarts or #firstfndayartstroll on your socml medta posts 5 Creative Dtstnct- Jake a 10 Destgn Collaborative, a local destgn firm was selected to create a conceptual destgn for the Creative D1stnct NEA Grant funds will pay for the concept destgn work b Two public mput sessions were held to collect public opm1ons ofthe Creative Dtstnct, March 16th at the Parlour for busmess owners, March 29th at Umon Station for the public IIvmg m and around the d1stnct Apnl/May (TBD) for the citywide meetmg 6 Arts on the Town- Lone a Wtll be held on Apnl26th at the Grandview Reception Center 6 30-Spm b Alexia Martmez IS workmg on the v1deo for the evenmg c Please plan on attendmg that evenmg as this 1s a committee event d Posters will be made and an Image will be sent to the committee 7 Blog- Kase a Committee has been very successful With their articles The Standard 1s happy w1th us and has tned to keep the articles m every week We have only been bumped once b Kase will work on makmg sure the t1tle Art Spothght gets used every time 8 Art Grant Update- Lone a Grants were reviewed and graded We are wa~tmg on scores from Tom C from CEO to complete the revtew process After all scores are recetved the recommendatiOns can be made 9 Moments- Jake/Scott a May 5th We are workmg on the spectal event permit w1th Ashley b We need help With set up/tear down on the day of event, directiOnal help, and w1th watchmg the eqUipment district April/May (TBD) for the citywide meeting 6 Arts on the Town- Lone a Will be held on April 26" at the Grandview Reception Center 6 30-8pm b Alexia Martinez is working on the video for the Union Station Lone- Has as show for the Art Stroll in Lavender Vinyl on June 2nd 11 Public attendance- a Naomi Harlan- will be performing a song she wrote at TEDx on June 16th The song is about Ogden,
