yea1, and a new proJect called lllummatc SLC 1s planned for Nov 10 & 11 111 Th1s will be

a Moments was very successful Marketmg worked great, there was a large number of the
commumty 111 attendance

c Polka Dots was a great way to attack fam1hes With small children We should try to

d Platformc; was busy. Susan sa1d NEX'l Ensemble enjoyed pertormmg there. but we
needed a louder sound system Also the bamcades at Adams made people thmk there was

a Grants amounts were recommended last week by the subcommittee When Tom approves
our recommendations the whole committee Will be asked for the1r recommendatiOn The
grants wdl then wan for C1ty Counc1l approval after July 111

d OSHA is planning a Bach-a-thon which is a progressive organ concert that will travel between 3 local churches Still in the planning
stages, maybe will have food trucks or other entertainment in between stops
c Andrew also serves on the Utah Art Alliance The Urban Arts Fest is Sept 16 & 17th this yea!, and a new project called Illuminate
SLC is planned for Nov 10 & I Id' This will be a digital/light/virtual reality event held at the Gateway Mall
3 FFAS/ MOMENTS Update- Alicia/Jake/Scott
a Moments was very successful Marketing worked great, there was a large number of the community in attendance

b Jane said that her gallery was very busy as well, so the event was good for the businesses too

Imagine Ballets surprise contribution to the Dots was great to see, the public liked it
d Platforms was busy. Susan said NEM Ensemble enjoyed performing there, but we needed a louder sound system Also the
barricades at Adams made people think there was nothing past that area so many didn t walk further up the street
e Russ's cosplay friends showed up in costume not as many as he would have liked but they were out and walking around
t Van Sessions was happy at the Amphitheater Plaza had great audiences
g Shane got some great footage and Images of the event for future marketing needs He also
said the event felt well programmed with the music drawing you up or down the street

a New Flags were out and look great. Flyers will be printed in July in quarterly installments so we can make changes
b More businesses need to stay open late on ITAS maybe the subcommittee can meet with them to discuss options
c Need to put the Arts on the Town video on You rube-waiting on Alexia for this to happen
d We would like to feature one or two of the orgamrations or galleries that participate in the Stroll in the Water Bill each month
e Plans to market for the Car Show rrAs next year--- build a cardboard car with Russ show Car Art Ilub Cap art. etc
