Richard Robbins Home, 675 27th Street: Repaint e. Belmont Building, 210 Historic 25th Street 4. Ratification of Technical Committee Approval: (Attachment B) a. Patrick Healy Home, 2580 Eccles Avenue: Installation of three new sconces. 5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, Watkins Grocery 215 Historic 25th Street, to repaint front façade and replace sign copy area with new sign. (Attachment C) 6.
