To repaint 131 and 139 Historic 25th Street E. To allow sign copy change at 221 Historic 25th Street F. To repair stucco and repaint 171 Historic 25th Street G. To allow roof shingle replacement at 2660 Jefferson H. To allow exterior outlet installation at 2538 Van Buren 3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness to allow replacement of gutter at the Church of the Good Shepherd at 2374 Grant Avenue. (Attachment B) 4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to allow new signage at 131 Historic 25th Street (Attachment C) 5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to allow window replacement on the Porter Block Building at 264 Historic 25th Street. (Attachment D) 6.
