Approval of the Minutes, of the Regular Meeting held July 27, 2023. 2. Ratification of Staff Approvals: A. Repair and replace, where needed, the soffit and fascia like for like on the Corlew House at 2683 Jefferson Avenue. B. Repair the cement front steps and porch on the Baker House at 2633 Jefferson Avenue. C. Lightly clean and paint areas of home and garage that have previously been painted at 2553 Van Buren Avenue. 3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install solar panels on the west end of the detached garage at 2521 Jackson Avenue. 4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install only the middle portion of the previously approved full width front porch on the Dalton Home at 2622 Madison Avenue 5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to remove 10” of the TPO that was installed 18” up the brick wall of the northwest porch and northeast roof, using the gentlest means possible, on the Eccles Art Center at 2580 Jefferson Avenue. 6. Other Business: Discussion of the Historic Nomination of Block 16 Plat A. 7.
