Approval of Minutes: a. Work Session held April 18, 2024 2. Ratification of Staff and Technical Review Team Approvals: a. Paint the garage doors and trim at the rear of the property the same color as what is currently existing at 130 25th Street. b. Replace like for like soffit, facia, and rain gutters; re-paint the stucco, window frames, trim, and ledges; and repair the foundation at 1064 26th Street. c. Remove the cornerstone on the Union Station (technical review) at 2501 Wall Avenue. 3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install a new fence, window, door, and porch columns; make repairs, and change the paint color at 2633 Jefferson Avenue. 4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to repair and replace walkways and replace front entryway broken and missing bricks at the Union Station, 2501 Wall Avenue. 5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to replace the front door at 2661 Jefferson Avenue. 6. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install security cameras on the Snowcroft Warehouse at 105 23rd Street. 7.
