NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 5pm with an anchor location in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, and during that meeting will then and there will conduct a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Petition to rezone property at 978 Washington Boulevard from C-2 to C-3/CO to allow impound lot for credit union 2. Petition to rezone property at 768 W 24th from R-1-5 to MU to allow a townhome development. 3. Proposed Ordinance Amendment to 15-7-9 to allow minor amendments for conditional uses to be approved by Planning Staff. 4. Proposed Ordinance Amendment to 15-7-4 to revise notification requirements to conform with State law. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said action will be given full time to be heard. This meeting will also be held electronically.
