Minutes of the special meeting of the Natural Resources and Sustainability Stewardship Advisory Committee held Thursday,
January 13th, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., via electronic web conferencing in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-202.

CALL TO ORDER / WELCOME / ROLL CALL
Adam welcomed the committee members and guests and called the meeting to order.
Meggin called the roll.
PRESENTATION OF PROPOSED COMMUNITY RENEWABLE ENERGY ACT (HB411) SURVEY- WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY
Ogden City Council and Administration have enlisted the services of Weber State University to create a
community survey in regard to the Community Renewable Energy Act (HB411) in order to determine the
nergy program in their household. Weber State University
created a proposed survey and presented that to the Natural Resources & Sustainability Stewardship
Committee, along with the Ogden City Diversity Commission, for their feedback and suggested changes to the
survey. Please see recording for full presentation and feedback from the Committee and Diversity Commission.

With no further business, Adam adjourned the meeting.
