SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES
Jonathan and Adam have met and talked about possibly sending out information to the community on

looked into having a quarterly report in Ogden Connections magazine, but they have gone out of business.
Jonathan stated that the outreach sub-committee will be planning on tabling at the Ogden Farmers Market and
will ask other members if they would like to help out with that.
REVIEW OF CITY SUSTAINABLITY INITIATIVES
Mara discussed all the sustainability initiatives that the city is currently involved in and shared a list with the
Committee. Mara stated this information will be formalized and put into some type of joint resolution for City

could expand on that video once all this information has been formalized with City Council and share it on
social media.
COMMITTEE OPEN DISCUSSION
Meggin discussed upcoming chair and vice-
would then take over as chair and a new vice-chair would need to be chosen. Nominations were not given this
month due to several members being absent. The committee can give nominations for vice-chair in our May
meeting, so that a new vice-chair is in place starting in June.
A new member application has been sent to the Mayor and City Council for approval and will be approved by
City Council on May 2nd. The new member, Daniel Bedford, will then be notified and can start attending
meetings.
Mara discussed possibly changing the meeting times of this Committee to every other month and during the off
months, the subcommittees could meet on their own. No decisions were made because there was not a
applications of anyone wanting to serve on the committee, so we are still low on membership.
