1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Grisham called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

The minutes were approved.

Commissioners shared information about past and upcoming arts events.

19-1128 Review of 2020 Arts Walk Cover Sketches
Commissioners reviewed and provided comment on the proposed spring Arts Walk
cover image by artist Laurel Henn.
The information was received.
19-1129 Action Plan Indicator Review and Update

Commissioners reviewed the list of community-wide arts venues and special events, and
noted additions or changes. Ms. Johnson reported the Parks, Arts & Recreation
Department (OPARD) is conducting a performance review designed to provide new
metrics for future OPARD Action Plan indicators.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS
19-1006 Policy and Program Recommendations to City Council
The report was closed with no discussion or action.
19-1005 Arts Program Support
Vice-Chair Dobler and Ms. Johnson recapped Council approval of the Grants to Arts &
Cultural Organizations presentation on November 26. Ms. Johnson suggested inviting
ArtsWA Grants Manager Miguel Guillen to the Commission's May retreat for a broad
grants discussion.
The report was received.

Members of the Keystone Committee shared information to date on event planning.
The report was received.
