1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Gilman called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.

5a. 14-1125 Recording Committee Discussions
Committee Member Morgan moved, seconded by Committee Member

Pritchard, to record discussions as action items. The motion passed
unanimously.
5b. 14-1126 Chair and Vice Chair Elections
Chair Gilman was relected for another term, and Aaron Pritchard was elected
as Vice Chair.
5c 14-1127 Update from Staff on Bike Corridors
Ms. Swanson will present the Committee with options for a bike corridors pilot project
in January 2015.
The report was received.
5d. 14-1128 Draft Response to Council on Downtown Sidewalk Skateboarding &
Bicycling Referral
The Committee reviewed the draft memo and approved the memorandum with edits.
Ms. Swanson will transmit the memo to Council.
The discussion was completed.
5e. 14-1129 Report from Community Planning & Development on Enforcement of
Code Requirements for Bicycle Parking on New Construction
Mr. Friddle and Mr. Bradley updated the Committee on the City's progress on
enforcing bicycle parking standards with new development.
The report was received.
6. HOUSEKEEPING
6a. 14-1130 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
Ms. Swanson noted the next meeting is January 28, 2015. Agenda items will include
Bike Corridors, Fairview Avenue Pathway and BPAC's 2015-2016 Work Plan.
The information was provided.
7. ADJOURNMENT
