CALL TO ORDER Chair Gilman called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 9 - Chair Clark Gilman, Vice Chair Aaron Pritchard, Committee member Timothy W Burns, Committee member David Coppley, Committee member Joe Ford, Committee member Christina Lock, Committee member Scott Morgan, Committee member Greg Wahl, and Committee member Brittany Yunker Excused: 1 - Committee member Kris Fransen 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was unanimously approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A. 15-0177 Approval of January 28, 2015 Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were unanimously approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT Olympia resident Roger Horn spoke about the bike corridor pilot project. 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS BPAC Staff Liaison Michelle Swanson made several announcements. 7 BUSINESS ITEMS 7.A. 15-0205 Neighborhood Pathways Outreach The Committee discussed ways to raise awareness about the Neighborhood Pathways Program among neighborhood associations. The discussion was completed. City of Olympia Page 1 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Meeting Minutes February 25, 2015 Committee 7.B. 15-0206 Bicycle Corridors Pilot Project Selection Vice Chair Pritchard moved, seconded by Committee Member Ford, to support staff's recommended pilot route from Sylvester Park to Lions Park, provided that $10,000 be spent on outreach. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Gilman, Vice Chair Pritchard, Committee member Burns, Committee member Ford, Committee member Morgan, Committee member Wahl and Committee member Yunker Nay: 2 - Committee member Coppley and Committee member Lock Excused: 1 - Committee member Fransen 8 HOUSEKEEPING Ms. Swanson shared several housekeeping items. 8.A. 15-0207 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan The information was provided. 9.
