Chair Gilman called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

Olympia residents Shelley Kirk-Rudeen and Nathan Brown spoke about slippery

pavement markings. Chair Gilman asked staff to report back to the committee on the
issue at a future meeting.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Committee Member Lock, Chair Gilman and BPAC Staff Liaision Michelle Swanson
made announcements.
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 15-0413 Action Plan Briefing and Discussion
Senior Planner Stacey Ray presented on the City's Action Plan. Ms. Swanson
recorded feedback from Committee members on the plan.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 15-0414 Bike Corridors Briefing on Next Steps
Senior Planner Sophie Stimson provided a briefing on the Bike Corridor Pilot Project
next steps. Councilmember Hankins shared Council's request to do more public
outreach. BPAC members discussed outreach options.
The discussion was completed.
7. HOUSEKEEPING
7.A. 15-0415 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan to Date
The information was provided.
8. ADJOURNMENT
