APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was unanimously approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3a. 15-0724 Approval of June 24, 2015 Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes Ms. Swanson asked to change Brad O'Brien's title under "Others Present" to "Member, SWONA," from "President, SWONA." ANNOUNCEMENTS Committee members Fransen, Coppley, Yunker and Ms. Swanson made announcments. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS 6a. 15-0720 City Email for Advisory Committees Ms. Swanson reported the City is issuing email addresses to advisory committee members. The report was received. 6b. 15-0721 Bicycle Corridors Outreach Plan Ms. Stimson shared a draft of the outreach plan for the Bike Corridors project. The Committee discussed it and provided feedback. The discussion was discussed and closed. 6c. 15-0718 Briefing on 2016-2021 Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) Ms. Stimson presented an overview of the Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan (CFP). The Committee discussed forming a subcommittee to review the CFP and bring comments to the September 23 meeting. The Committee chose not to form a subcommittee. Members may submit written comments to Ms.Swanson for inclusion in the September 23 meeting packet. The decision was discussed and closed. 6d. 15-0722 Briefing on updates to the Engineering Design and Development Standards Ms. Stimson shared the latest round of updates to the Engineering Design and Development Standards (EDDS). Vice Chair Pritchard requested additional information on safe walking routes. Ms. Stimson will provide an update at an upcoming Committee meeting. The report was received. 7.
