The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.

Meeting Minutes
The minutes were unanimously approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
Jeff Rudeen, Olympia resident, expressed thanks to the City for working to address
slick pavement markings.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Committee members and staff made announcements.

6a. 15-0907 City Email for Advisory Committees
Ms. Swanson provided Committee members with their City email addresses and
temporary passwords.
The information was provided.
6b. 15-0909 Pavement Markings Update
Mr. Wesselman reported on the City's pavement markings.
The report was received.
6c. 15-0910 2016-2021 Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan Review
Committee members made comments on the CFP. Chair Gilman will incorporate
those comments into a letter to City Council and represent the BPAC at the October
13 CFP hearing.
The report was received.
6d. 15-0911 Bicycle Corridor Pilot Project Update
Ms. Stimson provided an update on the Bicycle Corridor Pilot Project.
The report was received.
7. HOUSEKEEPING
7a. 15-0912 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
The information was provided.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Gilman adjourned the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
