The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.

The agenda was approved.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3a. 15-1036 Approval of September 23, 2015 Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory
Committee Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
Woodland Trail Greenway Association President Jack Horton commented on the
Neighborhood Pathways Program.
Northeast Neighborhood residents Don Dinsmore and Barbara Kam spoke against
the Puget Pathway proposal.
Jonah Cummings also spoke against the Puget Pathway Proposal.

Committee
Firs Retirement Home residents Freeman Stickney and Ken Lewis spoke in support of
the Ensign Road Pathway Proposal.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Committee member Lock and BPAC Liaison Swanson made announcements.
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6a. 15-1037 2015-2016 Neighborhood Pathways Full Proposal Review
Ms. Swanson briefed the Committee on the Neighborhood Pathways Program. She
said the Puget Pathway project coordinator, Peter Guttchen, supported staff's
recommendation to prioritize the Ensign Pathway. The Northeast Neighborhood
Association may choose to resubmit the Puget Pathway for consideration in the
future.
Committee member Ford moved, seconded by Committee member Lock, to
recommend the Ensign Pathway for funding and that it be constructed as
soon as possible. The motion passed unanimously.
7. HOUSEKEEPING
7a. 15-1038 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
The report was received.
9. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
