1. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL
Chair Gilman called the meeting to order at 6:18 pm.

Meeting Minutes
The minutes were unanimously approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
Bob Jacobs, Governor Stevens Neighborhood resident, thanked BPAC and the City
for their help in building the Moore Neighborhood Pathway and spoke about the
Neighborhood Pathways Program.
Roger Horn announced his resignation from the Olympia Planning Commission.

6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 15-1114 Report on Enforcement of Code Requirements for Bicycle Parking on
New Construction
Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Smith reported on progress toward ensuring that new
construction meets code standards for bicycle parking. The Committee requested
they return in a year with another report.
The report was received.
6.B 15-1115 2016-2017 BPAC Work Plan
The committee discussed its work plan for 2016-2017.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 15-1117 Chair and Vice Chair Elections
Nominations and elections were held. Committee member Yunker facilitated.
Chair Gilman was re-elected as Chair and Committee member Lock was
elected as Vice Chair.
7. HOUSEKEEPING
7.A. 15-1119 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
The report was received.
8. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
