Chair Coppley called the meeting to order at 6:14 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA (6:17 - 6:19)
Ms. Swanson asked to change the order of business items 6.A and 6.B.
The agenda was approved as amended.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (6:19 - 6:22)
3.A 17-0160 Approval of November 16, 2016 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory
Committee Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT (6:22 - 6:30)
Kim Andresen spoke about a fundraiser to install a memorial bicycle rack at City Hall
to honor Jerry Parker's service to the community.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS (6:30 - 6:40)
Chair Coppley, Committee members Brown and Vleck, and Ms. Swanson made
announcements.

6.A. 17-0167 Briefing on Bike Corridors Public Feedback
Ms. Swanson briefed the Committee on the results of public outreach for the Bike
Corridors project.
The report was received.
6.B. 17-0168 Briefing on the Scoping of a new Multimodal Concurrency Program
Mr. Russell briefed the Committee on the scoping of a new Multimodal Concurrency
Program.
The report was received.
6.C. 17-0169 Draft 2017-18 BPAC Work Plan
The Committee unanimously accepted the draft work plan with one change: item 2.d.
should be renamed to Bicycle Corridors Program.
The Committee agreed to forward the amended work plan to City Council for
approval.
7. HOUSEKEEPING (8:05 - 8:15)
7.A. 17-0170 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
Chair Coppley moved, seconded by Committee member Vleck, to start the
BPAC May and September meetings at 6:30 p.m. The motion carried
unanimously.
8. ADJOURNMENT (8:15)
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
