APPROVAL OF MINUTES (6:19 - 6:22) 3.A 18-0461 Approval of March 21, 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT (6:22 - 6:30) - None 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS (6:30 - 6:40) Committee members Coppley, Brown, and Ms. Swanson made announcements. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS 6.A. 18-0462 Engineering Design and Development Standards (EDDS) briefing City of Olympia Page 1 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Meeting Minutes - Final May 16, 2018 Committee Ms. Swanson briefed the Committee on Engineering Design and Development Standards. The report was received. 6.B. 18-0463 Downtown Streets Projects briefing Ms. Stimson briefed the Committee on downtown streets projects. The report was received. 6.C. 18-0464 Parliamentary process improvements check-in Vice Chair Yunker Carlson moved, seconded by Committee member Brown, to add a 4th bullet to the Parliamentary Procedure Quick Guide that reads, "Members may address presenters directly once recognized by the Chair". The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Chair Morgan, Vice Chair Yunker Carlson, Committee member Bremner, Committee member Brown, Committee member Coppley, Committee member Dagiau, Committee member Fransen and Committee member Vleck Excused: 1 - Committee member Bumann 6.D. 18-0465 Bike Network Planning The Committee discussed bike network planning. The discussion was completed. 7. HOUSEKEEPING (8:05 - 8:15) 7.A 18-0466 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan The report was received. 8.
