CALL TO ORDER (6:15 - 6:17) Chair Morgan called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Chair Scott Morgan, Vice Chair Brittany Yunker Carlson, Committee member Alison Bremner, Committee member Rebecca Brown, Committee member Barb Bumann, Committee member David Coppley and Committee member Jan Vleck Absent: 2 - Committee member Tim Dagiau and Committee member Kris Fransen OTHERS PRESENT Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones Senior Planner Sophie Stimson Senior Program Specialist/BPAC Staff Liaison Michelle Swanson 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA (6:17 - 6:19) The agenda was approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (6:19 - 6:22) 3.A. 18-0667 Approval of May 16, 2018 BPAC Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT (6:22 - 6:30) - None 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS (6:30 - 6:40) Committee members and staff made announcements. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS 6.A. 18-0669 Briefing on Preliminary 2019 - 2024 Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) and approving a method to review it City of Olympia Page 1 Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Meeting Minutes July 18, 2018 Committee Committee member Vleck moved, seconded by Vice Chair Yunker Carlson, to form a subcommittee to draft a letter of comment for the CFP. The subcommittee will be Committee members Bremner, Bumann, and Vleck, with Committee member Bremner serving as Chair. The motion carried by unanimous vote. 6.B. 18-0670 Transportation Master Plan Development Committee members Vleck, Bremner, and Coppley volunteered to give feedback to City staff directly about the proposed Low Stress Bike Network. Other Committee members may do so as well. The discussion was completed. 7. HOUSEKEEPING (8:05 - 8:15) 18-0671 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan The report was received. 8.
