Chair Morgan called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

Ms. Swanson briefed the Committee.

6. B 18-1081 Transportation Master Plan Update
Ms. Stimson updated the Committee.
The report was received.
6. C 18-1082 Officer Elections
Nominations and elections were held. Committee member Fransen facilitated. Vice
Chair Bumann and Committee member Brown were nominated for Vice Chair. Vice
Chair Bumann received six votes (Bumann, Bremner, Morgan, Vleck, Coppley, Yunker
Carlson) and Committee member Brown received two votes (Brown, Fransen).
Vice Chair Yunker Carlson was elected Chair for 2019 by unanimous vote.
Committee member Bumann was elected as Vice Chair for 2019.
7. 18-1083 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
The discussion was completed.
8. ADJOURNMENT (8:15)
Chair Morgan adjourned the meeting at 7:27 pm.
