Chair Yunker Carlson called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

The agenda was approved.

Parks Planning and Design Manager Laura Keehan briefed the Committee.

Transportation Engineering Supervisor Andrew Beagle and Associate Planner Michelle
Swanson briefed the Committee.

6.C 19-1081 Transportation Master Plan Update
Transportation Planning Supervisor Sophie Stimson briefed the Committee.
The report was received.
6.E 19-1082 Officer Elections
Committee member Coppley facilitated office elections and nominated Chair Yunker
Carlson to continue as Chair. Committee member Vleck nominated Vice Chair Bumann
to continue as Vice Chair.
The decision was unanimously approved.
7. HOUSEKEEPING (8:05 - 8:15)
7.A 19-1083 Housekeeping: Quick Reference Work Plan
Chair Yunker Carlson moved, seconded by Committee member Vleck, to
change the start time for all future meetings to 6:00 p.m. The motion passed
unanimously.
8. ADJOURNMENT (8:15)
Chair Yunker Carlson adjourned the meeting at 8:01 p.m.
