Chair Gacad-Cowan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

21-0721 Capitol Campus Travel Demand Management Briefing
Thurston Regional Planning Council staff Karen Parkhurst and Veronica Jarvis briefed
the Committee.

21-0723 Briefing on Preliminary 2022 - 2027 Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) and
approving a method to review it
Chair Gacad-Cowan moved, seconded by Committee member Brown, to form
a subcommittee to review the CFP. Motion passed unanimously.
Chair Gacad-Cowan moved, seconded by Committee member Tallman, to
form a subcommittee to review the Capital Facilities Plan with Committee
members Bremner, Riedmayer, Fitzgerald and for the Subcommittee Chair to
be Chair Gacad-Cowan. Motion passed unanimously.
21-0724 Approval of Future Meetings Format
Chair Gacad-Cowan moved, seconded by Committee member Yunker Carlson,
to reinstate in-person meetings. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Chair Gacad-Cowan, Vice Chair Brown, Committee member
Bremner, Committee member Riedmayer, Committee member Roth
and Committee member Yunker Carlson
Nay: 1 - Committee member Tallman
Absent: 2 - Committee member Bumann and Committee member Ftizgerald
