Chair Brown called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

The agenda was approved.

2022 Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.

6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 22-1090 Briefing on Olympia Strong: A Roadmap for Economic Resiliency
Strategic Projects Manager Amy Buckler provided the briefing.
The report was received.

Committee
Committee member Roth moved, seconded by Committee member Yunker
Carlson, to have committee members read the applications, rank and order
them, and deliver the results to Staff Liaison Michelle Swanson to compile and
bring to the January meeting for Committee discussion. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Chair Brown, Vice Chair Ftizgerald , Committee member Riedmayer,
Committee member Roth, Committee member Tallman and
Committee member Yunker Carlson
Nay: 1 - Committee member Bremner
Excused: 1 - Committee member Bumann
Committee member Tallman moved, seconded by Committee member Yunker
Carlson, to have candidate review criteria consist of the following: unique
perspective, engagement in multimodal transportation (i.e. walking, biking,
transit, other), interest in community involvement, and geographic
representation. The motion passed unanimously.
6.C 22-1092 Future Meetings Format
Committee member Tallman moved, seconded by Committee member
Riedmayer, to move the Future Meetings Format topic to a future meeting.
Motion passed unanimously.
6.D 22-1093 Officer Elections
Committee member Roth nominated herself for Chair. Committee member Bremner
nominated herself for Vice Chair.
The nominations were approved.
7. REPORTS (7:55-8:00)
7.A 22-1094 Housekeeping
The report was received.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Brown adjourned the meeting at 8:02 p.m.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT (6:10-6:20)
During this portion of the meeting, community members may address the Advisory Committee or
Commission regarding items related to City business, including items on the Agenda. In order for the
Committee or Commission to maintain impartiality and the appearance of fairness in upcoming matters
and to comply with Public Disclosure Law for political campaigns, speakers will not be permitted to make
public comments before the Committee or Commission in these two areas: (1) on agenda items for which
the Committee or Commission either held a Public Hearing in the last 45 days, or will hold a Public
Hearing within 45 days, or (2) where the speaker promotes or opposes a candidate for public office or a
ballot measure.
REMOTE MEETING PUBLIC COMMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Live public comment will be taken during the meeting but advance registration is required. The link to
register is at the top of the agenda. You will be given the choice to comment during the registration
process. After you complete the registration form, you will receive a link by email to log onto or call into
Zoom for use at the meeting date and time. If you plan on calling into the meeting, you will need to
provide your phone number at registration so you can be recognized during the meeting. Once connected
to the meeting you will be auto-muted. At the start of the public comment period, the Chair will call
participants by name to speak in the order they signed up. When it is your turn to speak, your
microphone will be unmuted.
