ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and Councilmember Jeannine Roe 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 17-0022 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i); Litigation and Potential Litigation Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i ) to discuss a Litigation or Potential Litigation matter related. She announced the Council would meet for no more than one hour and 15 minutes and no decisions will be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. Mayor Selby noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. No decisions were made. 3.
