ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and Councilmember Jeannine Roe 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 17-0790 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 42.30.110 (1)(c) - Real Estate Matter Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 42.30.110 (1)(c) - Real Estate Matter. She announced the Council would meet for no more than one hour and 15 minutes and no decisions will be made. Mayor Selby noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. No decisions were made. 3.
