ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and Councilmember Jeannine Roe 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 17-1111 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 42.30.110 (1)(c) - Real Estate Matter Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (b) RCW 42.30.110 (1) (c) to discuss a real estate matter. She announced the Council would meet for no more than 1 hour and no decisions will be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. She noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. Mayor Selby returned to the meeting at 6:26 p.m. to announce the Council will remain in Executive Session for up to 24 more minutes. No decisions were made. 3.
